Frequently Asked Questions

Processing time is 1-3 business days from the day your order is placed. This means your order will ship in 1-3 business days, this does not mean it will arrive in 1-3 busines days. 

Shipping largely depends on where you are located. We ship from Ontario, Canada and use standard letter mail for most parcels which is free but is not tracked. (ex. sending a birthday card with an envelope and stamp) 

Free shipping is not guarenteed to arrive by any particular timeline but is usually with 1-2 weeks for Canada, 1-3 weeks for USA and 1-6 weeks for anywhere else. 

You can however upgrade the shipping when you checkout for a fee to recieve a tracking number and faster shipping with a guarenteed timeline. 

If your order hasnt been processed yet you can send me a message with your order information and the address in which youd like the order to be sent to and it will be changed for you.

If your order has already been processed it will not be refunded or sent out again unless you make another purchase. If the order gets returned to me due to an undeliverable address I will reach out to you and we can arrange for it to be sent again. (please note this does take a long time sometimes and is not always an option)

If there is no sale on the website, that means there are no discounts. The shop does run sales quite often so keep an eye on our instagram page for information on upcoming sales and discounts.
